Sydney Shutters

Poplar Painted Plantation Shutters

Poplar is a low density, light coloured hardwood timber with a fine texture and lack of taint. Poplar is strong, durable, and is resistant to splitting. Poplar is an excellent timber for shutters in the Australian climate and made from sustainable Plantation Timber.

The finish is a poly-urethane paint which gives a beautiful look to our shutters which does not have the same harmful additives as the more common nitro-cellulose that is used on many other shutters.
